Our incredible members, dedicated signatory partners, and established end-users share a brand that stands for positive attitudes, productivity, quality work through unmatched skills, and putting safety first. Together, we focus on a strong and authentic culture of building people, families, and communities. 

And while there’s more work to do and we’re always evolving, I believe we have something special here within the Central South Carpenters Regional Council. 

At the CSCRC, our culture places people at the center – because people make all the difference, in an organization, on a jobsite, and in any kind of partnership or joint effort. Our culture aims to provide employers and clients with highly skilled members in one trade and many crafts to attain mutual success. Preserving area standards regarding living wages, healthcare, retirement and pension benefits, training, and a safe working environment are not always easy, but they are absolutely necessary for the work we collectively do every day. The Regional Council may span many industries over a large geography, but our culture has remained of the utmost importance through time and change. Enhanced by a diverse workforce, the Union strives to promote professionalism in the industry to the betterment of the general community. 

Today, I am immensely proud of where the Regional Council stands and firmly believe we have the best team to take us to our next phase. Moreover, we have established systems to nurture and sustain our culture. 

I’m thrilled to share the CSCRC’s unwavering commitment to the people we count on. None of this would be possible without exceptional individuals, past and present. I believe that when you recognize people, you will be rewarded. This is one small way I can thank our members, signatory partners, and end-users who are instrumental in this journey. I am genuinely, and continually, grateful. 

While our organization and its culture has and will face challenges, the Central South Carpenters Regional Council is equipped with the people, values, and systems to overcome any obstacle.
