Receiving A Dispatch Call
Save the work list number on your phone so you never miss a call!
When receiving a dispatch call, the system will ask for your four digit member PIN before proceeding.
Then, an audio recording will explain the job and you will have the chance to accept or decline the opportunity.
If you hang up during a dispatch call, it will be considered an automatic decline.
If you miss a Dispatch call, you can call the MIX 20/20 Member Information Exchange to hear about the opportunity and accept or decline the job until the position is filled. Once we receive the requested number of people, the recording will no longer be available.
ACCEPTING THE JOB
Press 2 to accept the job and reserve your spot.
You will hear confirmation of your acceptance and additional recorded information about the job. Your dispatcher and the contractor will receive written documentation of your acceptance and will expect you to arrive on-time at the assigned location.
If the assignment is long-term, you will automatically be removed from the Ready-to-Work list. Short-term assignments do not affect your position on the list.
To hear the information again — You can repeat the information up to three times
